Understand that this is a purely remote job, if you have a problem with that feel free to decline. Salary is strictly based on value and merit, there are two options you can choose from. One is focus on cooperate clients which will pay you not less than 120,000 starting from the first month. Second, you can focus on Small businesses which should pay you not less than 25,000 starting from the first month. Please note that we know you are working from home hence that salary is strictly paid as stated in the contract... We are doing everything possible to protect the company from those who will do nothing and expect to be paid, like mentioned, we are aware you are working from home. It is important to mention that salary is negotiable after the first month. If you know you are good enough and you deserve better feel free to negotiate salary after the first month. Remember the HR department will look at your overal output/ results for the first month or 3 months.

Working remotely has challenges like you may choose to concentrate on other things and that is why we have strict targets for a senior team leader. This is a management role and you need to make sure atleast 5 Junior Team Leaders out of the 55 you have, have hit their monthly targets. Refer to the contract you signed or about to sign. Commissions are also paid based on consistency in recruitment Which means without consistency the 7.5% commissions might not be given.

Transport allowances, internet and airtime worth credit will be given based on your results/ performance.

1. You will be recquired to get more than 55 serious team Leaders that will recruit the Sales & Marketing specialists. We don't pay for recruitments, check the contract you signed to see salary and how commissions are paid. The goal is to make sure you are getting clients to signUp at Businessclaud. Minimum salary for Junior team leaders is set at 25,000 although there are those that deserve 200,000 and above. Salary depends on value proposition and is negotiable whether its a marketing position, Junior team leader or Senior team leader. After the first month you or anyone else is free to negotiate for salary but based on the nature of recruitment, everyone has one month probation period within which they are able to prove themselves.
2. You have to make sure you have atleast 5 team leaders out of the 55 are hitting their targets this means you need more than 55 team leaders.
3. You will be responsible for monitoring and exerting pressure on the team Leaders with the purpose of making sure we get tangible results.
4. You will follow up to make sure Sales and marketing people working under the stated contract have been paid as required in the contract, either the commission or the salary. Please note, sales and marketing specilists and Junior team leaders have completely different contracts to sign.
5. You will be required to report directly to HR, or one in charge of marketing if need be.
6. You will need to recruit Team leaders which means you have to take them through a short interview and ensure that you have trained them fully in this case we mean give them all necessary information that they may need to deliver their mandate.
7. You will need to follow up and make sure the team leaders you are getting are not just adding recruiting for the sake of it. The goal is to register clients, this is why we've set minimum targets for them ... They have to interview their candidates and make sure the sales and marketing personnel have submitted their contract to hr@businessclaud.com .. . This is crucial if you need results.
8. You will need to make sure even the team leaders you are getting have signed the contract before you add them to the Team Leaders group *To confirm that candidates have sent their documents to HR, they will need to keep you in the email loop and by this we mean if someone is sending documents to Hr, then it should be mandatory that they CC your email. CC means copy to your email. That way its easy to tell and monitor.*
9. About how many Team Leaders needed or how many sales and marketing to be recruited. *I think some of the people you will be recruiting don't have much experience or not all can do the job even after they qualify, a good number won't manage and to take care of this scenario the realistic number is 55 people if you need tangible results. The Team Leaders you are getting must recruit atleast 55 people. 55 sales and marketing people who have been taken through some form of interview will give you desired results. So you need to pressurize them to make sure they have 55 people. The best way is even to include it in the employment contract which we did if you can check the Team Leader Contract..*
10. You also need 55 team leaders. This takes time, you don't just wake up with 55 people hence we need to focus on progress rather than numbers. To take care of this, before anyone is interviewed by any team leader. a) they must make sure the sales and marketing personnel has registered with their code using this link Businessclaud.co.ke/client ... when we say with their code, it means every team leader will be assigned a referral code so that before interviewing anyone, the candidate to be interviewed has to register with that code... After a successful interview or once the candidate has successfully submitted their documents to HR. The candidate in this case the sales and marketing personnel will then be issued a unique referral code. This referral code will be used to identify their clients. Every client being registered will need to register with that referral code. This helps to keep track of who and who has what number of clients or simply which client belong to who. Trust me you will need to follow these because you will start registering over 100 clients in a week and we need a way to monitor these
