Our main goal is to help businesses thrive. We are currently looking for Product Leaders to help us recruit, mobilize, organize, supervise and monitor product sales agents accross the country and Beyond.
Your Responsibilities will include:
i). Help with the recruitment of sales and marketing agents responsible for selling products.
ii). Monitor your sales and marketing team to produce tangible results in terms of getting clients
iii) Report to the Human Resource manager

About this Senior Product Sales Agent Position.
1. You will be recquired to get 256 serious Product Sales Team Leaders.
2. You will be responsible for recruiting, monitoring and exerting pressure on the Product Sales Team Leaders with the purpose of making sure they are helping you sell more products on daily basis.
3. You will follow up to make sure Sales and marketing people working under the Product Sales Team Leaders have been paid as required in the contract, either the commission or the salary
4. You will be required to report directly to HR.
5. You will need to recruit Product Sales Team Leaders which means you have to take them through a short interview and ensure that you have trained them fully in this case we mean give them all necessary information that they may need to deliver their mandate.
6. You will need to follow up and make sure the Product Sales Team Leaders are indeed working to to meet their daily targets.
